Why does each tier unlock a different specialist?
Career is a Trinity — three specialists. The Mapper asks the right questions and reflects, the Strategist turns insight into a quarterly plan, and the Negotiator-Guardian holds the line when it counts. Each tier deepens which specialists you work with. Spark gives you the Mapper. Flow adds the Strategist. Mastery adds the Negotiator-Guardian. Genius adds memory and synthesis on top.
Is pricing per vertical or all-access?
Each plan covers one vertical — Career, here. An All-Access bundle ships in Phase 2 for people who want to work several life-domains in parallel. For now, pick the one that matters most.
What about my data?
Your chat history is yours. We retain it for 365 days for spaced-revision continuity, then delete it. You can export or delete anytime — see cosmos369.ai/data-rights. We don’t train on your data. Full privacy controls at cosmos369.ai/privacy.
Can I cancel or change tiers?
Yes — cancel any time, downgrade any time, upgrade any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle. Cancelled accounts keep Spark access (3 chats/day) so you don’t lose your journey.
Why the numbers 9, 21, 45?
3-6-9 is a design constraint, not a metaphysical claim: three specialists, six steps, nine domains keep every vertical the same shape, and the price points follow the same pattern ($9 / $21 / $45) so the system stays coherent. We don’t pitch numerology — we pitch discipline.
